Fish Tacos


  • 8 small corn or flour tortilla shells
  • 8 fish fillets battered and fully cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Blue Banner Sliced Red Onions
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat up tortillas for approximately 15 seconds or until warm.
  2. Put a piece of fish in each tortilla.
  3. Top with cabbage, avocado and Blue Banner Sliced Red Onion.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper and finish off with a squeeze of lime on each fish Taco.
  5. (Optional – Add a dollop of salsa to give it a Mexican feel)
