Ingredients
- 8 small corn or flour tortilla shells
- 8 fish fillets battered and fully cooked
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup Blue Banner Sliced Red Onions
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Heat up tortillas for approximately 15 seconds or until warm.
- Put a piece of fish in each tortilla.
- Top with cabbage, avocado and Blue Banner Sliced Red Onion.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and finish off with a squeeze of lime on each fish Taco.
- (Optional – Add a dollop of salsa to give it a Mexican feel)
