Strawberry Butter Leaf Salad

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Blue Banner pickled onion vinegar from the jar

Salad Ingredients

  • Butter leaf mix
  • 125g strawberries
  • 3pcs Blue Banner Pickled
  • Onions (Chilli) cut in quarters
  • 1 pcs Blue Banner pickled chilli from the jar (optional), finely chopped
     

Method

  1. Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a small container and give it a good mix
  2. Places salad ingredients in a bowl
  3. Drizzle salad dressing
