Tangy Potato Salad


  • 1 kg baby red potatoes
  • Blue Banner Sliced Red Onions
  • Parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Place baby potatoes in bowl filled with 1/2 cup water. Cover with cling wrap and microwave it for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain water, place it in a tray and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees
    Place potatoes in a bowl
  3. Sprinkle salt
  4. Toss Blue Banner sliced red onions, adjust amount to your liking
  5. Mix the potatoes through
  6. Garnish with parsley
